Deadline to Request District Facilities For Sports Activities
PLEASE NOTE: There will be two separate and distinct registration periods - one for indoor usage and one for outdoor usage.
Deadline to Request District Facilities for Outdoor Facilities -
November 13, 2009
Organizations interested in requesting the use of outdoor facilities for sports-related activities from March 1 to June 24, 2010, must submit an Application and Agreement for Use of Facility application and Certificate of Insurance between November 2 - November 13 2009.
Deadline to Request District Facilities for Indoor Facilities -
September 18, 2009
Mandatory Meeting September 16th to Request Indoor Facilities. The process by which community organizations apply for the use of indoor facilities begins with a mandatory meeting for all sports-related groups. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 16th, in the boardroom of the Robert L. Trigg Education Center, 9510 Elk Grove-Florin Road.
Sign-ups for the use of elementary multi-purpose rooms will be from 6:00 p.m. to 6:55 p.m. Sign-ups for middle school and high school gymnasiums will be from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. One representative from each group must be present at the meeting. Applications for indoor use will not be accepted until after the meeting on September 16th, and must be turned in no later than the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on September 18th. The winter usage period will begin on November 30, 2009 and end on March 28, 2010.
Each group will be required to complete a Requestor Information Form and submit it with the Application and Agreement for Use of Facility application and Certificate of Insurance by September 18th.
To assist organizations in selecting a facility for sports-related activities, a list of available days and hours for all elementary and middle school sites is available below.
